How do I use the Online Store

All our products are listed in our ONLINE STORE.

To explore our product ranges click on the store link above or select ONLINE STORE from the main menu on any page of our website to see a drop down directory of our various category options – and click as appropriate.

Alternatively, you can be more specific by using our SEARCH PRODUCTS tool when searching for a specific type of product (eg. Picnic tables, garden sets or benches), which will bring together  everything we sell under that description.

How do I get a price?

Once you have located a product that you are interested in, the price is automatically displayed and includes the cost of delivery and VAT.

The price shown in the first instance will always be for the basic product, before any options have been selected. Each time you specify a change to the basic item by selecting an option, the price will automatically update with a new price to reflect those revised requirements. Please note, you can keep changing the options to explore alternative choices and the price will just keep updating accordingly.

Once you are happy with your selection, either click CHECKOUT to complete your purchase. Alternatively, click the ADD MORE button to move that item into your basket and go on to select either different items, or more of the same item with different specifications.

Once you have selected all the products you require and have them in your basket, click CHECKOUT to complete your order and then follow the on screen instructions. Even at this stage you can still decide to continue shopping (see link at the bottom of the page) or even leave the site completely to view and compare alternatives elsewhere. Your basket will still be there when you return.

What are your payment terms?

All payments are due at the time of ordering.

Do you offer any discounts?

Discounts are available on bulk orders. Please enquire for details.
